Private Guest Program
COVID-19 Guidelines as of 7/13/20

Mater Dolorosa does invite individuals to spend private time at the Retreat Center. Availability is typically Monday through Thursday evenings, based on space available.

Overnight – Private Retreatant: $125 – Includes 3 meals, room with private bath and use of grounds.

Overnight – Private Retreatant: $95 - Includes room with private bath and use of grounds. No meals.

Day use of grounds: $25

Lunch (when available): $18

Day use of a private room and grounds: $60

Covid-19 Guidelines:
All guests must wear masks, maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet, practice frequent handwashing/use of hand sanitizer and complete a health screening upon arrival. We are currently not accepting guests who have flown commercially within 14 days of their stay at Mater Dolorosa.

Youth Programs
COVID-19 Guidelines as of 7/13/20

Thank you for your interest in MATER DOLOROSA RETREAT CENTER. Below is the price list effective July 2020 - June 2021 for youth (under 18). We look forward to working with you to insure a wonderful retreat/conference experience for your group, especially in today’s environment related to COVID-19.

Effective July 13, 2020, we are no longer able to provide indoor meeting spaces or provide meal service indoors. However, our location has multiple options for outdoor meetings and dining. Contact us to discuss the options available.

Overnight Accommodations:
Prices quoted are on a per person basis. Single occupancy per room unless persons live in the same household. Price includes guest room with private bath, use of grounds & 3 meals per 24-hour period.

Minimum weeknight group size – 20 persons
Minimum weekend group size – 50 persons

There are a total of 80 rooms available for guests.

Note: Smaller groups can be accommodated if minimum group size has already been met by another group.

Additional Meal rates for Overnight Retreats:
Breakfast - $13 per person
Lunch - $15 per person
Dinner - $18 per person

Day use of grounds with meals (minimum 20 persons):

$30 per Student including snack and lunch.
$35 per Student including dinner only, no snack.
$46 per Student including lunch and dinner, no snack.
