Este es el único retiro para mujeres que el Centro de Retiros Pasionista Mater Dolorosa ofrece durante el año. Se ofrece el primer fin de semana de agosto. Hace más de 30 años que se inició. El retiro es dirigido por un equipo que incluye un sacerdote, una religiosa y una pareja (diácono y su esposa). En el retiro se guarda silencio y habrá tiempo para rezar, escuchar unas conferencias espirituales, celebrar los sacramentos de Penitencia y Eucaristía, y formar comunidad. El retiro comienza el viernes por la tarde y termina el domingo por la mañana, después de la misa dominical.
El Breve Retiro
Un Breve Retiro es una noche de reflexión que incluye oración y una conferencia espiritual. Cualquier persona puede asistir en estos Breve Retiros. Los temas nos ayudan a profundizar nuestra fe personal en un ambiente comunitario. Cada Breve Retiro consiste de una oración, una charla y termina con una oración final. El Breve Retiro esta programado por solamente tres horas, de 6:30 pm a 9:30 pm.

Married Couples Retreat
This weekend retreat is for married couples who want to deepen their relationship with one another in the context of their sacrament of marriage. The retreat conferences will reflect the special graces and opportunities for spiritual and personal growth that the sacrament brings to the spouses. There will be leisure time for conversation between husband and wife as well as with other married couples. The quiet beauty of the retreat center and grounds offers a peaceful context for the prayerful exploration of richness of the experience of the sacrament of marriage.
Our tentative dates for this year’s Married Couples Retreat will be: Feb 12-14-2021 and June 25-27, 2021. Couples are welcome to attend a self-guided get away anytime.

Young Adult Retreat
The Annual Young Adult Retreat at Mater Dolorosa is geared towards people aged 18-35 years old, single and married couples. The retreat provides opportunities for prayer, reflection, inspiring conferences, group dynamics, opportunity for confession, Mass and Eucharistic Adoration, and depending on the theme of the retreat a possible service component. The weekend retreat is based around a theme that is pertinent to the young adults and aims to invite young adults to encounter God, deepen their relationship with him and share that with others in your life.
