Our Perpetual Prayer League is a spiritual way of celebrating a life well-lived or honoring a loved one at a special time in their life. Those enrolled will share an ongoing remembrance at Mass, as well as in the devotions, prayers, and apostolic works of our Passionist Communities.
With each enrollment, you will receive a lovely certificate of enrollment and a beautiful card with the image of your choice inside a gold or white, hard-bound folder. We are happy to send the card to you or to another person on your behalf - simply indicate your preference in the form below. If you select the pick-up option, someone will contact you to arrange a day and time. Mail order cards cost $30.00; cards picked up at the Retreat Center are $25.00. If you choose the pick-up option, we will contact you to arrange pick-up. No international shipping.
Please choose one of the photographs below for your image card and keep your message or signature line brief so that we may be able to print it legibly on the enrollment certificate. Should you wish us to leave the included certificate blank and mail the booklet to you for completion, please indicate this in the "comments" box upon payment.
