Celebrate 100 years of retreats at Mater Dolorosa! "Century on the Hill: Remember, Rejoice, Renew!" will be Saturday, September 26. Mass will be at 2:30, followed by a "Taste of Mater Dolorosa" from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Mass will be presided over by Los Angeles Archbishop José H. Gomez, with homilist Fr. David Colhour, C.P., Provincial Superior of the Holy Cross Province.
During the Taste of Mater Dolorosa, stroll the grounds while enjoying appetizers and beverages from our kitchen, local restaurants and wineries. Golf carts will be provided for those with mobility issues. Attendees must be 21 or older. This is a casual, outdoor event with changes in elevation; please wear comfortable shoes so you can explore the many lovely parts of our buildings and grounds! Tickets are $100, and sponsorship benefits are listed below. Funds from this event will support several projects at Mater Dolorosa, including restoring fire-damaged areas of our gardens with fire-resistant plants, irrigation and lighting.
