Thank you for your interest in MATER DOLOROSA RETREAT CENTER. Below is the price list effective March 2025 - June 2026. We look forward to working with you to insure a wonderful retreat/conference experience for your group.
Overnight Accommodations:
Prices are quoted on a per person basis, single or double rooms. Price includes use of one conference room, overnight accommodations, use of grounds & Chapel and 3 meals.
- Per night, per person $205
- Minimum weeknight group size - 20 persons
- Minimum weekend group size - 50 persons
There are 66 single rooms and 20 double rooms available for a total of 106 guests.
Note: Smaller groups can be accommodated if minimum group size has already been met by another group.
Day use:
- Day use fee with conference room: $40.00 per person
- Day use fee - grounds only: $25.00 per person
Meals:
- Breakfast $17.00 per person
- Lunch $20.00 per person
- Dinner $25.00 per person
Additional room use:
Breakout/Spiritual direction rooms: $55 per day, per room.
Moran Library - up to 12 persons: $150 flat rate per day
Additional Services:
- Continental breakfast:
Coffee/tea & danish $8.00 per person, morning service - Full Continental breakfast:
Coffee, tea, juice, danish, fresh fruit $10.00 per person, morning service - Snacks:
- Cookies: $3.50 per person
- Fresh Fruit: $4.00 per person
- Social Hour
Hors d'oevres, no alcoholic beverages: $15.00 per person, per social
Includes 2 appetizers, sodas & water. - Social Hour
Hors d'oevres w/beer & wine: $24.00 per person, per social
Includes 2 appetizers, sodas, beer, wine, water. - Wine, per bottle: $25.00 each
Note: Ice water is provided in all conference rooms.
No outside food allowed.

- $0.25 each for Black & White
- $0.50 each for Color
